Sharing Information to Lenders and Professionals

As mentioned, we go through numerous measures to make sure that your information is protected. ECommLoan has three types of nonaffiliated parties that receive information from our site:

• Loan Professionals and Lending Institutions are matched to potential clients through our online application and their corresponding database fields. Before submitting the application you must agree to our Terms of Use and Submission Summary. Before we transmit your application we interview each lender to confirm their desire to move on with the loan process. Your information will not be submitted to more than 3 financial institutions at any given time. If your loan request is denied we may submit your application to another 3 financial institutions, not to exceed a total of 6 financial institutions.
• Non-Financial Institutions will only receive your information if you directly opt-in to their services from our website or authorized e-mail (@ecommloan.com). Types of businesses that you can request to converse with include: Credit Repair Agencies, Real Estate Firms, Architectural Design and Planning, and Business Services Providers.
• Websites that link to ECommLoan are not directly affiliated with our company or our Terms of Use Agreement. We will not share any personal or financial information with these websites and institutions. The only data we track or share is anonymous data that is used for tracking traffic to outside sites.

 

How EcommLoan Receives Payments

We provide administrative support, software licensing, marketing, lead generation and consultation to our network of lenders, accredited investors, banks, trust and financial institutions. In return we may receive basis points or referral commissions based solely on the above criteria.

Do Not Call

By applying on our website for services related to business loans and commercial loans you give EcommLoan and/or a participating lender to contact you regardless if you are on the do not call list or not.

If you wish to end contact with EcommLoan, simply fill out the phone waiver form.

This is not a subscription to our email newsletter. To ensure the procedures of EcommLoan are upheld we may send you emails on single-time basis for company updates pertaining to your loan or your account with us.

Indemnity

In consideration of your participation in our service through the use of this site and otherwise, you agree to indemnify EcommLoan and its participants from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, attorney’s fees and damages resulting from our third party relationship.

Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement by both parties and precedes any existing agreement both verbal and written.
