Ecommloan.com is a wholly owned and operated website of WYN, LLC. Throughout this Agreement WYN, LLC will be referred to as ECommLoan.

Despite several offers, ECommLoan remains a third-party marketing company, which allows us to provide the most unbiased loan origination advice possible.

Customer Relationships

Our in-house experts work directly with you to educate and inform you on the commercial loan process before you are introduced to lenders that match your need with your specific loan criteria.

• ECommLoan offers loan origination consultation at no charge, fee or commission to the borrower

• ECommLoan is not a broker of commercial loans

• ECommLoan is not a direct lender for commercial loans

 

Many Internet sites pass along your information as soon as it hits their hands and have lenders and brokers up-sell for your business with misrepresentations and tricky sales tactics. The commercial loan process is much longer than the residential loan process so we make sure that as the borrower you are prepared to make an educated decision that makes sense and cents.

Privacy

• Every lender and professional in our database goes through an approval process with strict due diligence by EcommLoan. Customer surveys and random samples are taken to ensure continued compliance and support.
• We also track your loan’s progress for quality assurance.
• Our application and loan placement process does not ask certain confidential information such as, your Social Security Number or Address of your Employer.
• We do not pull your credit report!
• ECommLoan operates a High-Assurance SSL Certificate with up to 256-bit encryption for our client’s protection.
